Absolutely loved the property...it was on an elevation that made it seem more private and exclusive than other properties. The view from the hotel was amazing. Nothing, however, matched the friendliness and generosity of the service at the front desk. They were incredibly down-home helpful and so nice that we felt like we were with longtime friends. Me and my wife would go back to Ellijay just so we could stay at the hotel again. Thank you for making us feel welcomed...thank you Best Western for providing us with the best.

The pool for my kids, the workout room. Elevators. Everything was clean. The housekeeping ladies were exceptional. We we able to check in an hour earlier than expected. The location is wonderful. Walmart is right across the street. Plenty of fast food and restaurant options close by.

We LOVED the breakfast! Mmmm! And the ladies working the breakfast area the past few mornings were so nice and helpful. I think one of the ladies names was carol or Caroline, she was very wonderful. I appreciate the hospitality and we'll definitely be coming again one day soon.

Great facility and staff. The breakfast was delicious and Carolyn and her staff are friendly and efficient. The bed could have been a little more comfy but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again..convenient to everything in the area.

We were here for two nights and staff was so kind, and helpful! Lobby is nice/clean when you walk in, and my room was cool (always a plus in the height of summer heat) and was very clean. Also smelled clean and not stuffy like hotel rooms can be sometimes.
